Lost or Damaged Packages

  • BIOLabs PRO is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at smarterhealth.biolabs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
